I need a dependable person to keep our customer conversations flowing smoothly, with WhatsApp as the main channel and occasional questions arriving by Instagram DM or email. Every message must be answered promptly, politely, and in a tone that shows we genuinely want to help. At the moment I do not have a ready-made script, so your first assignment will be drafting an easy-to-follow response guide for our most common questions. Once we are both happy with that guide, you will use it (and refine it when gaps appear) while handling daily chats. Because my business serves customers at different hours, the schedule is flexible and fully remote—as long as the replies stay quick and friendly. I am specifically looking for someone who already has hands-on experience supporting customers on WhatsApp, understands its features (labels, quick replies, starred messages, etc.), and can switch tone slightly when moving to social media or email. Deliverables I will review: • A concise FAQ/script in Google Docs or similar, ready within the first week. • Ongoing chat handling with clear, timely handovers of any complex cases.
