My apartment needs a full-scale interior rethink that artfully blends several styles into one coherent, eclectic look. While every room is on the table—master bedroom, bathroom, guest room and more—the kitchen and the large open area (lounging, dining and living room) must come first. I want that open zone to feel instantly warm, cozy, calming and inviting, with layouts and finishes that encourage quiet relaxation rather than high-energy entertaining. Here is what I expect: • Concept or mood boards that show how you will merge modern, traditional and any other influences into a single story for the home. • A detailed furniture and layout plan for each space, with special attention to traffic flow and ergonomics in the kitchen as well as sight-lines through the lounging and dining sections. • 3D visuals or high-quality renderings—especially for the kitchen and open area—so I can experience the ambiance before we move to procurement. • Working with existing furniture (minor modifications such as refurbishing can be done to fabrics) I will provide existing measurements, photos and any architectural drawings I have as soon as we get started. If you have a preferred software stack—AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or another—let me know; I’m flexible as long as the final files are editable for future tweaks.
