## PROJECT OVERVIEW I am looking for an experienced Webflow freelancer to migrate and redesign my existing website from Wix to Webflow. This is a one-time migration. The goal is a clean, modern Webflow website that maintains the same brand identity, colors, and overall feel, while improving structure, performance, SEO, and scalability. --- ## CURRENT WEBSITE Platform: Wix Status: Live Content: Complete (English and Arabic) The current website includes all content and pages that must be recreated in Webflow. --- ## GOALS OF THE PROJECT * Migrate away from Wix * Improve website structure, performance, and scalability * Preserve existing content and SEO value * Build a future-proof Webflow website * Support bookings, scheduling, and future shop functionality * Complete the migration once, properly, without needing future rework --- ## SCOPE OF WORK ### 1. Platform and Build * Build the website on Webflow * Use a modern, professional Webflow template (to be approved by me) * No AI website builders * No Wix elements or code --- ### 2. Pages Required All pages must be rebuilt in Webflow in both English and Arabic: * Home * About Us * Services * Services subpage: Private Events / Book Our Space * Contact Us * Booking / Scheduling page * Shop (basic structure only, no products needed yet) --- ### 3. Design Requirements * Maintain existing brand identity: * Colors * Tone * Look and feel * Improve layout clarity, spacing, and modernity * This is not a rebrand * The design should feel creative, warm, community-focused, and professional --- ### 4. Language and Localization (Critical) * Full bilingual setup: * English (LTR) * Arabic (RTL) * Proper RTL handling for Arabic: * Correct alignment * Proper spacing * No broken layouts * Language switcher required * Arabic content will be provided (no auto-translation) --- ### 5. SEO BASICS (REQUIRED) The freelancer must correctly implement SEO fundamentals on all pages, including: * Page titles (title tags) * Meta descriptions * H1 and heading hierarchy * SEO-friendly URLs * Image alt text * Internal linking where relevant All SEO titles and meta descriptions will be provided by me and must be applied accurately in Webflow. Additional requirements: * Maintain URL structure where possible * Set up 301 redirects from Wix URLs to Webflow URLs * Ensure Arabic pages have their own Arabic SEO titles and meta descriptions --- ### 6. Bookings and Scheduling * Integrate a booking system (SimplyBook.me, Acuity, or similar) * Must support: * Workshop bookings * Private event inquiries * Schedule viewing * Booking system must be embedded cleanly into Webflow * Mobile-friendly booking experience --- ### 7. Shop Setup (Future-Ready) * Set up basic shop structure using: * Webflow Ecommerce, or * Shopify Lite embedded into Webflow (freelancer may recommend) * Required: * Product template * Cart * Checkout * No products need to be uploaded at this stage --- ## WHAT I WILL PROVIDE * Existing Wix website link * All English and Arabic content * SEO titles and meta descriptions * Brand colors and references * Feedback and approvals at milestones --- ## REQUIRED EXPERIENCE * Strong Webflow experience * Experience migrating Wix to Webflow * Experience with Arabic and RTL websites * Booking system integrations * Clean, modern design sense * SEO fundamentals knowledge --- ## MUST INCLUDE IN PROPOSAL To be considered, proposals must include: 1.
