I run a WordPress + WooCommerce catalogue with 1 000-plus SKUs and steady monthly traffic of 20 000 visitors. I’m looking for a developer who can both carry out a series of immediate upgrades and stay on to monitor how those changes affect our conversion rate. The first sprint centres on three concrete tasks: • Staging: spin up a full replication of the live site on the same host so every update can be tested safely before deployment. • Product page enhancements: – Add prominent buttons that point to both our Shopify store and our Amazon seller page for every product. – Rework the mobile layout to improve navigation and button visibility, and introduce new WordPress table structures so we can store additional object identities without compromising speed. • Analytics & CRO: configure GA4 (or the current Google Analytics setup) so we can measure how the new design influences add-to-cart events, on-site searches and other key metrics. I need dashboards or reports that clearly surface any uplift or drop-off after each release. You’ll be working with the usual stack—PHP, WooCommerce hooks, CSS/JS for responsive tweaks, and whichever deployment/workflow tools you prefer (Git, SSH, WP-CLI, etc.) as long as the staging/live separation remains airtight. I’ll handle product data entry; your focus is code, performance, and insight. If this initial collaboration goes smoothly, I’d like ongoing support to iterate on the site, progressively tighten CRO and keep an eye on GA trends. Let me know your availability and, ideally, a couple of WooCommerce projects where you have already delivered similar improvements.
