We are seeking a specialized localization provider or team to support the implementation and long-term execution of this procedure. Position / Engagement Type Outsourced Localization & WPML Workflow Partner(Agency or specialized company – not an individual freelancer) Mission & Responsibilities The selected provider will be responsible for delivering both linguistic localization and WPML-compatible technical workflows, including but not limited to: Localization & Translation Multi-country localization (same language across multiple countries treated as separate entities) Professional AI-based translation and cultural adaptation Localization of: WooCommerce product descriptions and categories Pricing, availability, and product messaging Legal and compliance content (refunds, delivery, policies) Transactional emails (order confirmation, shipping, refunds) Customer-facing support content Technical & WPML Workflows WPML Translation Management workflows WooCommerce Multilingual support Localization of URLs, slugs, and SEO metadata Proper hreflang configuration (language + country) Safe deployment and reinjection of translated content via WPML Ongoing update workflows and quality assurance Each country is treated as a distinct commercial, legal, and compliance entity, not merely a language variant.
