I already have the shell of a WordPress site built with Elementor; what I need now is the full experience that will let my clients, my design team, and myself manage every project from one place. 1. Core site finish • Complete the Elementor-based front end so it clearly showcases my Graphic Design, sign design, and consulting services. • Write polished service descriptions, an engaging About-Us section, and contact copy. • Produce at least two case-study pages (text + custom graphics / illustrations) that can double as portfolio entries. • Source or create photos or short videos where they strengthen the message. 2. Client & team portal • Logged-in clients must see the projects they submit, upload or download files via a Google Drive integration, and add comments or new briefs. • A separate designer/manager space should let me assign work, update status, or request clarifications—ideally all from a Kanban-style board. • Real-time email / push notifications for status changes or new file uploads. 3. Companion apps • Native (or high-quality cross-platform) iOS and Android apps that mirror the portal functions so clients can review, upload, or start projects on the go. • Apps must authenticate against the WordPress user system and respect the same permission levels. Technical notes • WordPress + Elementor only on the front end—please don’t change that foundation. • I’m happy with well-supported plugins or custom code as long as they stay maintainable. • Clean, responsive design, with custom graphics and illustrations that match the visual tone you’ll set for the website.
