We are looking for an experienced WordPress developer with strong SEO expertise to optimize and update our real estate website for better performance, visibility, and user experience. Scope of Work: Perform a full SEO audit of the website Optimize on-page SEO (meta tags, headings, keywords, internal linking) Improve site speed & performance Ensure mobile responsiveness and UX improvements Update and optimize property listing pages Fix any technical SEO issues (broken links, indexing, sitemap, schema markup, etc.) Implement local SEO strategies (important for real estate visibility) Optimize images and media for faster load times Update plugins/themes while ensuring site stability Requirements: Proven experience with WordPress SEO (Yoast, RankMath, or similar tools) Strong understanding of real estate website structures Experience with Google Search Console, Google Analytics Knowledge of technical SEO and Core Web Vitals Ability to suggest and implement improvements independently Good communication and timely delivery Nice to Have: Experience working with real estate platforms or MLS integrations Knowledge of schema markup for real estate listings Basic design/UI improvement skills Deliverables: SEO audit report with actionable recommendations Fully optimized website Improved page speed scores Increased search visibility (baseline vs after improvements) Timeline: Looking to start ASAP (please include your estimated timeline)
