I currently funnel every maintenance request that arrives through my WordPress site (vivid.om) into Trello, but the process has outgrown simple boards. I’m ready to move to a single, preferably open-source, platform that will: • Capture each incoming request from WordPress and automatically generate a unique Work Order number. • Drive all client communications through WhatsApp Business—request updates, follow-up messages, and ad-hoc customer support—triggered by any status change. • Track costs, vendor charges, and profit for every job in the same place that I log client requirements, photos, and notes. • Provide a secure client portal where customers can check their Work Order status without calling us. • Push completed jobs straight into our existing Odoo instance so an invoice is issued the moment a request is marked finished. I’m open to tailoring an established open-source solution (e.g., ERPNext, Dolibarr, or similar) or stitching together best-of-breed modules, as long as it meets the flow above. Your deliverable is a fully deployed, tested system—integrated with WordPress webforms, WhatsApp Business API, and Odoo invoicing—plus clear hand-over documentation so my team can maintain it going forward.
