I already run a WhatsApp AOC portal and now need a compact workflow-automation layer that ties it together with Google Sheets and Shopify. The goal is to let me design simple trigger-action flows without touching code. What the builder must handle: • WhatsApp – reply to incoming chats, queue scheduled messages, and broadcast updates through my existing endpoint. • Google Sheets – add, update, and delete rows in any chosen spreadsheet. • Shopify – fetch and update order data so order events can drive WhatsApp and Sheets actions. I’m happy with any well-documented stack (Node.js, Python, Go, etc.) as long as you expose clear REST hooks, use environment variables for credentials, and containerise the app for easy deployment on my VPS. A minimal UI (drag-and-drop or JSON editor) that lets me create, edit, save, and toggle flows is enough for this phase. Deliverables 1. Complete source code plus install/deployment guide. 2. UI or config file that demonstrates at least three flows covering every required action. 3. Postman collection (or similar) so I can test each endpoint quickly. 4. Short screen-share video showing the system running. Acceptance criteria – Successful end-to-end tests for all WhatsApp, Google Sheets, and Shopify actions. – Messages sent or replied within 5 seconds of trigger. – No hard-coded secrets; everything configurable via env vars. If this pilot is solid, you’ll be first in line for a much larger Meta-approved WhatsApp portal project we plan to launch next.
