Game Day Valet – No-Code App Development Business Overview: Game Day Valet (GDV) is a fast-growing sports event service that delivers tents, chairs, fans, and other gear directly to youth sports fields—so families can enjoy the game without the hassle. We’re looking to build a user-friendly no-code mobile app that allows customers to reserve rentals, receive field delivery updates, and communicate with our team throughout their tournament. Key Requirements: 1. Customer-Facing Features: • Tournament & date selection • Input fields: Team name, Coach name, Field number • Select individual items or bundles (e.g. Fan Favorites) • Checkout process with Stripe, Apple Pay, Google Pay • Rental delivery status & check-in button • Upload or view photo of where rentals are placed • Chat support or contact form • Push notifications (e.g. “Rentals delivered to Field 5”) • Easy access to Google review link 2. Admin / Backend Features: • View & manage daily orders by field/time • Mark items as delivered, picked up, returned • Assign deliveries to team members • Simple analytics dashboard (most rented items, busiest events) • Export orders or integrate with Airtable/Google Sheets 3. Optional Add-ons: • GPS map of field layout or field directions • Smart locker unlock integration (if compatible later) • Referral rewards tracking • Digital waivers • Tournament reminders or promo notifications Platform Preferences: • No-code platforms only (Adalo, Glide, Softr, etc.) • Must be optimized for mobile use • Integrate with Stripe and basic Airtable/Google Sheets if needed Deliverables: • Fully functioning MVP app • Branded screens (I’ll provide logo + brand colors) • Admin access for future edits • Link to publish/download app • Support for revisions during testing Goal: To have the app live and functional before our next major tournament launch in Myrtle Beach.
