I have just migrated to Zoho Books and need a specialist who can get the file production-ready without any loose ends. All prior-period numbers are already summarised in spreadsheets and supporting reports; your job is to bring those figures in cleanly, validate them, and switch on the live data feeds so I can start working in the system immediately. What I need you to handle • Enter opening balances for Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Inventory, Bank, Equity, plus the related sales and payment-gateway clearing accounts. • Import the historical transactions that back up those balances so drill-down remains intact. • Reconcile the opening P&L and balance-sheet totals against the summary I will provide, flagging any variances for sign-off. • Connect and test the bank feed and the main payment gateway, confirming that new transactions post to the correct ledgers. • Link Shopify to Zoho Books (or walk me through the credential step if you need restricted access) and prove that orders, refunds and fees flow through end-to-end. Acceptance criteria 1. Trial Balance in Zoho Books exactly matches my supplied closing Trial Balance. 2. AR, AP and Inventory sub-ledgers agree to their respective ageing/valuation reports. 3. At least one live transaction from each integration (bank, gateway, Shopify) posts automatically and lands in the right account without manual correction. 4. I receive a concise handover checklist outlining everything configured and 1-2 next-step pointers for each area so I can keep the books current.
