I operate a warehouse with 2,000 pallet spaces and I need a straightforward website that markets those physical storage units and lets visitors reserve space quickly. The core of the build is a Booking & Reservations flow that ends with an email reservation—no phone or online form submissions required. Here’s how I picture it working: a visitor chooses how many pallet spots they need, selects dates, hits “Reserve,” and the site automatically generates a clear, well-formatted email to my inbox (and sends them a confirmation copy). On my side, an admin panel lets me mark pallets as booked or released so availability on the public site always reflects reality. Key requirements • Physical storage offering: 2,000 pallet spaces displayed with pricing, photos, and basic specs. • Booking & reservations module only; inventory tracking isn’t needed beyond marking slots full or free. • Email reservation workflow with auto-acknowledgement. • Simple dashboard/calendar to manage bookings and update real-time availability. • Clean, responsive design that loads fast on desktop and mobile. • Built on a platform I can maintain easily (WordPress, Webflow, or similar—open to suggestions). Acceptance criteria 1. A visitor can reserve pallet space and trigger the email confirmation in one click. 2. I can approve, decline, or modify bookings inside the admin panel. 3. Public-facing availability updates instantly after I change a booking status. 4. Site is responsive, SEO-ready, and passes basic speed tests. Once the site is live and tested I’ll need a brief hand-off session so I’m comfortable updating content and managing reservations on my own.
