I have a space that will be used as an aquarium quarantine facility and need it planned in both 2D and 3D. The 2D drawings should clearly define precise wall, door, and window locations, while the 3D model should help visualise depth, circulation, and the overall spatial feel prior to construction. A key requirement is that the facility will include multiple built-in aquarium tanks, so the layout must clearly indicate their exact footprints and positions. You may work in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or any comparable drafting and modelling software, provided the final files are easy for my contractor to open, measure, and coordinate from.
