I have included images and a brief for the sauna for now, the other buildings will be a similar level of detail. Sauna brief (Full-size spec): Sauna: 3.2m x 2.4m x 2.3m H total Structure is made from timber framework with rock wool insulation installed into the walls, floor and roof. The single pitch roof is fitted with EPDM rubber, with black gutters and down pipe. The facias and soffits have an overhang of 200mm on all four sides, made from black UPVC. All external walls clad in black shadow ridge composite A single door made from black shadow composite, creating an invisible door. Black handle and hinges fitted. A 2m x 1.8m toughen glass window fitted to the front of the sauna. This glass is tinted. A 800mm wide fin will be built to create a shower area. The back wall will be clad in the composite clad, tongue and groove. A water fall shower head will be installed to the back fin. An on/off handle to control the water. All pipe work will run behind the wall to give you a seamless finish. The external ceiling of the build will be clad in cedar tongue and groove. Which will match the window surround. 800mm composite deck to the flooring to offer hard standing for the shower and entering the sauna. Two black hooks installed to the external wall for towels. The inside of the sauna: the ceiling, walls and floor clad in thermal wood, tongue and groove. Two benches installed at different heights, also made from thermal wood. LED strip lighting will be fitted to the lip of the benches to create a warm glow. A Humm 9kw volcanic rock electric floor mount heater will be installed. ESTIMATED BUDGET - for all three buildings
