I have a complete set of 2D AutoCAD drawings for a residential building and now need them translated into a full 3D layout with a smooth, camera-guided walkthrough suitable for a client presentation. The walkthrough must feel natural, highlight vastu-aligned interior arrangements, and devote special attention to the outdoor spaces and exterior façade, as that is where my clients place the most value. Scope of work • Build an accurate 3D model from my DWG o JPEG files, applying realistic materials, lighting, and décor consistent with good interior-design practice and basic vastu principles. • Produce a high-resolution animated walkthrough (MP4 or similar) long enough to give viewers a clear sense of flow—from entry, through key interiors, out to balconies, garden, and other exterior features. • Supply the native model file (SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, or similar) plus any texture libraries so I can update colours or finishes later if needed.
