I need a purpose-built automation agent that streamlines our day-to-day workflow management and plugs directly into our CRM system. The goal is simple: cut the manual hand-offs between teams, let the agent read events in the CRM, decide what should happen next, and execute or delegate those steps automatically. You’ll design, build, and train an AI layer—Python, Node.js, LangChain, or another framework you recommend—that can: • listen for CRM triggers (new lead, stage change, ticket update) • decide the correct next action using rules or an LLM-based policy • dispatch tasks, update records, or notify people in real time • learn from user feedback to improve future routing To keep everything maintainable, I expect the solution containerised (Docker) with clean, well-commented code and a concise README covering setup, environment variables, and API keys. A short Loom walk-through at handover would be ideal so the team can see it in action. I’ll supply API credentials, sample data, and the exact workflow scenarios we want automated once we kick off.
