For the first release the only must-have module is a clean, searchable employee directory where I can add, edit, and archive staff records with photos, contact details, job title, and joining date. The flow should feel lightweight: quick add form, instant sync to a secure backend (Firebase, Supabase, or another cost-effective option you’re comfortable with), and a simple dashboard that lists everyone with filter and sort controls. Material 3 guidelines are preferred so the UI stays modern. Core expectations • APK for testing and a signed production build • Complete, well-commented source code • Basic documentation covering setup, tech stack, and how to add new features later Nice-to-have (not required now but please architect with them in mind): task assignment, attendance or payroll tracking.
