I need a full-scale Android EMM/MDM platform built from scratch with device security as its core mission. The solution must let an administrator enrol phones and tablets, push policies instantly, and—most critically—perform a remote wipe the moment a device is lost or compromised. Continuous, real-time threat detection has to run quietly in the background, reporting anomalies to a central console and triggering automated counter-measures without user intervention. Authentication starts simple: every managed device must, at minimum, enforce a Password or PIN at the lock screen and for any privileged action inside the agent app. Keep the design flexible so we can layer other factors later if we choose. Back-end and dashboard • Cloud-hosted (I’m open on stack but expect something scalable such as Django, Node.js or Go with a PostgreSQL or MongoDB datastore). • Intuitive web console where admins view compliance status, push OS and app updates, issue commands and generate audit logs. • Role-based access so help-desk staff see only what they need. Core Android agent • Silent enrolment via QR code, NFC or zero-touch. • Persistent device ownership so factory resets don’t break management. • Remote commands: wipe, lock, locate, push settings, install/uninstall apps. • Real-time telemetry streamed via secure WebSocket or MQTT. Security & network • All traffic between agent and server must be TLS 1.3. • Code should be signed; tamper attempts reported instantly. • Comply with Google Play Protect policies. Deliverables 1. Source code for server, Android agent and web UI. 2. Deployment scripts (Docker or Kubernetes). 3. Technical documentation and a quick-start guide. 4. A short live demo proving remote wipe and live threat alerts work end-to-end. Acceptance is simple: I’ll enrol two test devices, trigger a threat simulator and a wipe, and verify that logs and notifications appear in the console within 30 seconds. If everything passes, the project is done.
