I’m preparing the marketing package for a new apartment development and need a 3ds Max + Corona specialist to turn the finished CAD/Revit model into photoreal visuals. Scope • 15 high-resolution stills – Modern interior scenes: living room, kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms, hallways and other shared areas – Contemporary exterior hero shots and close-ups of façade details, amenities, landscaping • 1 fly-through video, roughly two minutes, smoothly weaving from outside to inside and back, showing daylight and subtle evening lighting transitions What I’m after Clean modern interiors with warm, realistic materials, balanced natural light and just enough styling to feel lived-in. Outside, the building should read as contemporary—sharp lines, neutral palette, well-defined textures and accurate reflections. Please handle scene optimisation, PBR materials, Corona Sun/LightMix, camera animation, basic post inside Corona/VFB, and final colour tweaks in After Effects or similar so I receive production-ready MP4 along with the 15 stills in PNG or JPG. Deliverables 1. 15 final renders at 4K (or highest you can comfortably push without noise) 2. 2-minute video, 1920×1080 H.264 3. All 3ds Max and Corona source files, neatly organised for possible future edits I’ll share the model, DWG plans and material palette the moment we start.
