I have existing ArchiCAD Project model of a two storey residential house. The facade upgrade will include modifications to the following : • First-floor projection over the ground floor • Windowsizing • Material and colour palette • Reducing garage dominance on the façade • Roofline articulation As mentioned, a revised facade concept design drawing will be provided. 2) 3D Renders. (option is possible) I require detailed 3D rendering of the proposed development that clearly illustrates the selected materials and colour palette on its elevations. The rendering should also include the location of adjacent existing buildings to demonstrate the visual impact of the proposal within the streetscape from multiple 8 viewpoints. All 8 viewpoints to be shown on A2 high resolution PDF's format. Refer to example of rendering quality required as shown in the example "Renders" file. Deliverables • Revised ArchiCAD file containing the facade design revision. • 3D renders as detailed above I will review the file by opening it in ArchiCAD; everything must load without errors, and the elevations must match the model geometry exactly.
