I’m preparing the concept package for a brand-new driving test centre and now need it brought to life through professional rendering. The scope is strictly visual: crisp 2D stills and fully textured 3D views that capture both the exterior massing and key interior areas. These images will be used in an architectural-visualisation pitch to stakeholders, so realism and clear spatial storytelling are essential. What I’m after • A set of photorealistic 2D renders (day and evening) that clearly communicate materials, lighting and way-finding. • Complementary 3D perspectives—static or a short orbit animation—showing how vehicles and people circulate through the site. • Source files in the native tool you work in (Blender, 3ds Max, SketchUp + V-Ray, Lumion, or similar) plus high-resolution PNG/JPEG outputs. Acceptance criteria • Accurate to the provided CAD/site plan and reference imagery. • Consistent material library and lighting across all views. • Up to two feedback rounds included. • All deliverables handed over within the agreed timeline and within my inr 3000 ceiling. If you have a strong architectural-visualisation portfolio and can demonstrate past work on commercial or public facilities with vehicle flow, I’d love to review it. Let’s turn this concept into visuals that speak for themselves.
