Looking for modern inspirational architecure designs. I am very open to all design work. My initial thoughts are trying to be the general contractor. I am looking at a 3 story house / Basement / 1st and 2nd floors. The east faces a beautiul mountian the sun rises over the mountian. The south will have a walk out basement. Septic will be south of the house. The west will most likely have the kitchen, outside of the kitchen will be a walk out area where we will have an organic pool... and off to the side will be 4 in ground trampolines. Our family has 8 children, 18 year son, then a daughter, then 4 sons, then the last two are daughters. The basement 2 bedrooms and 1 gym along the walk out basement wall A large family game room connected to a TV setting room, most likely by 12 foot glass sliding doors so we can open the two area's togeather or we can close them. A kithenet area near the TV setting room, maybe under the kitchen area. First floor will have a master bedroom and bathroom facing the east mountian view. Very large family room with vaulted ceiling facing the mountian view. Kitchen with seating area and table off to the side. I had drawn the kitchen table setting a few feet off the wall facing the west with a 12 foot sliding glass door that could be opened up looking at that organic pool area and sunset. A utility room on the first floor. One half bath, one full bath. Second floor One office facing the mountian view. 4 Bedrooms (2 bedrooms with full baths, two bedrooms that share a full bath) The face of the house is on the north, and hope to have a garage further to the north. Would like to have a covering connected to the house and garage. The garage will be walk out, but hope to have some canopy connecting the two. I have thought about a flat roof, or maybe a partialy flat roof. If I have a flat roof area, I would like for it to be the highest area. so any pitched roofs would be able to be looked over if we were on the flat roof.
