I’m building a global astrology platform centred on live, text-based chat with AI agents. The app must launch on both iOS and Android from a single code-base so users everywhere receive identical features and updates. Core experience • Users open the app, enter their birth details, and begin a text chat. • Multiple AI agents—fed by my private astrological notes and real-time command set—deliver astrology-based advice and consultation rather than generic horoscopes. • I will provide the domain data, prompt logic, and any rule updates; your role is to wire those pieces into a reliable large-language-model workflow and surface the results in an elegant mobile UI. Technical direction A cross-platform stack such as Flutter, React Native, or Kotlin Multiplatform will keep maintenance lean; feel free to propose alternatives. On the AI side, OpenAI, Claude or a comparable LLM gateway is fine as long as it supports function calling so the agents can pull chart data and follow my injected commands. Secure user authentication, profile storage, chat history, and a lightweight admin console for me to refresh notes or nudge prompts are part of the scope. Deliverables 1. Production-ready iOS & Android apps (source code and store-ready builds) 2. Cloud backend with LLM integration, database, and API docs 3. Admin interface for uploading new astrological notes and adjusting agent rules 4. Brief hand-over guide plus recorded walk-through so I can expand the agent set myself Acceptance criteria • Text chat replies stay under two seconds on a good network. • Agents must reference my injected notes at least once per consultation. • App passes App Store & Google Play review without required rework. Once we hit MVP, we can discuss ongoing iterations, but this initial contract covers everything above through first-store release.
