I have a set of electrical schematics that now need to be turned into production-ready drawings. The job calls for both 2D drafting and 3D modeling in AutoCAD: flat wiring diagrams that clearly label every symbol, conduit run, and termination, plus a companion 3D layout that shows how the components sit in space for enclosure and cable-routing checks. The level of finish I’m after is moderate—clean line weights, organised layers, accurate dimensions and call-outs, but not the ultra-dense fabrication detail you might see on shop drawings. Think installation-ready rather than photorealistic. To make it easy for us to iterate, I’ll provide the rough hand sketches, device lists, and reference photos. You return: • Editable DWG files for both the 2D schematic and the 3D model • PDF exports ready for quick review • A short layer/colour legend so another engineer can jump in if needed AutoCAD (or AutoCAD Electrical) is preferred so we stay native to our toolchain.
