I’m seeking an experienced pharmacy professional who can take our medication-dispensing process from manual handoffs to a fully automated dispensing system without compromising patient-centred care. The focus is squarely on Medication dispensing, not wider patient counselling or pharmacy management, though an ability to consider those interfaces will be valuable. Scope of work • Review our current prescription flow and map the ideal end-to-end dispensing pathway. • Recommend, configure and validate an Automated dispensing system—hardware, software, bar-coding and integration with our existing EMR. • Draft SOPs that meet professional standards, confidentiality requirements and all relevant medication-safety regulations. • Train staff and create quick-reference guides to ensure accuracy, efficiency and seamless communication across shifts. • Provide a short post-implementation monitoring plan, including error-tracking metrics and escalation paths. Acceptance criteria 1. System consistently dispenses medications with 99.8 % accuracy during the pilot week. 2. All SOPs and training materials are delivered in clear, professional English and align with national pharmacy guidelines. 3. Staff can independently operate the system after a single training session, as evidenced by sign-off sheets. Strong planning skills, meticulous attention to detail and strict adherence to ethical and confidentiality standards are non-negotiable.
