I would like to create an automated recruiting process for a small business using JAzzHR, our Applicant Tracking System. My project plan is completed and with all tools and content provided: Here is the logic: Resource 1 — JazzHR specialist This is pure ATS configuration work — pipeline stages, knockout questions, Workflow Helpers, e-sign, email templates. No coding required. Requires someone who knows JazzHR specifically or has strong no-code ATS experience. Scope is clean and self-contained. Estimated 10 hours. Delivers the webhook endpoints that unblock Resource 2 partway through. Resource 2 — Zapier automation specialist Pure no-code automation work connecting every system together. 10 Zaps plus the milestone bonus Zap. Requires strong Zapier experience and comfort with webhooks, email parsers, and API connections. Can start Zaps 3 through 10 immediately and picks up Zaps 1 and 2 once Resource 1 delivers the JazzHR webhook endpoints. Estimated 11 hours. Resource 3 — Crisp bot builder Builds the Crisp decision tree, business hours routing, Calendly integration, proactive prompting, and the chat widget embed. Does not need to touch the Claude API — that is Resource 4's job. Requires experience with Crisp or similar chat platforms. Estimated 4 to 5 hours. This is the lightest single scope in the build. Resource 4 — Claude API developer This is the only role that requires actual coding ability. Connects the Claude API to Crisp via webhook, writes and implements the system prompt, builds prompt caching, implements all 6 abuse guardrails, and builds the scenario question evaluation logic. Requires API integration experience and comfort with prompt engineering. Estimated 7 to 8 hours. Works alongside Resource 3 — Resource 3 builds the chat flow shell and Resource 4 wires the AI into it.
