Job Title About the Role We are building a suite of private, internal automation bots to manage business operations such as hosting, DNS, email, subscriptions, and SaaS tools. These bots use ChatGPT (Custom GPTs) as the conversational interface and backend automation services to execute actions securely. This is not consumer AI or model training. It is business automation and systems integration. Responsibilities Design and build custom automation bots for internal business use Integrate ChatGPT Custom GPTs with external APIs and services Build backend services (Python or Node.js) to execute actions Integrate with: Hosting providers Domain/DNS providers Email systems SaaS tools Implement approval flows for sensitive actions Ensure security of credentials and data Create reusable bot templates (we will build ~17–20 bots over time) Required Skills Strong experience with Python or Node.js Experience building REST APIs Experience with third-party APIs (DNS, hosting, SaaS) Experience with automation tools (Playwright / Selenium is a plus) Familiarity with ChatGPT Custom GPTs and Actions Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders Clean, documented, maintainable code Nice to Have (not required) DevOps experience Docker Telegram / Slack bot development Experience with GoDaddy, Hostinger, or similar providers Security best practices for API key management What Success Looks Like One working internal bot that: Manages DNS Manages email setup Sends alerts Requires minimal manual intervention A reusable architecture to quickly create additional bots Clear documentation so non-developers can operate it Engagement Details Contract / Freelance Initial project: 1 bot Ongoing work: 17–20 bots over time Budget: Competitive, based on experience Remote
