Axiom Gmail Warm-Up Automation

Customer: AI | Published: 08.02.2026

I need an Axiom.ai automation that can take fresh or cold Gmail accounts, log in through an ISP proxy, and run through everyday-looking actions so those accounts gradually gain trust. Once the first phase is complete, the workflow has to hand the same session off to a mobile proxy and continue with a separate set of scheduled tasks. During the warm-up the bot should do what a real user would: open the inbox, skim a few messages, star or archive one, occasionally send or reply, and break up the pattern with short pauses and mouse movement. On the Google side it must also behave naturally by running varied searches, scrolling results, clicking through to different sites, spending realistic time on a page, then moving on. Key points I need covered • Proxy handling – automatic login through the provided ISP proxy pool, then seamless swap to my mobile proxies without losing the Gmail session • Human-like timing and randomness – no identical intervals or mechanical clicks • Simple configuration panel where I can drop in new Gmail credentials, proxy strings and task frequency • Output logs so I can verify each step ran successfully and spot any errors quickly Deliverables 1. The finished Axiom recipe (or flow JSON) ready to import 2. A quick Loom or written walkthrough showing how to add new accounts, choose proxy types, and adjust timing 3. Brief instructions for keeping the automation running headless on a cloud browser if I want it always on If you have already built similar Gmail warm-up flows or complex proxy swaps with Axiom, that experience will help us move fast.
