I already have a 60-minute PowerPoint deck with all video clips in place and I need it transformed into a fully packaged course that I can upload straight into my LMS. Each course must come in two parallel versions—one in English, the other in Arabic—both mirroring the exact structure and timing. Inside the LMS the learner should be able to move through the slides, watch the embedded video segments seamlessly, take graded quizzes, see their own progress in real time, and receive an auto-generated certificate the moment they pass. I would also like an optional discussion space and short in-line surveys to keep engagement high. I am open on the best video container; if MP4 is the safest bet across platforms, let’s go with that, but I’m happy to follow your guidance.
