are looking for an experienced developer or team to build a complete Service Provider Platform with an integrated Marketplace Store. The system will include a Customer App, Provider App, Admin Dashboard, Backend with APIs, Payment Integration, Verification System, and full deployment. The Customer App (Android & iOS) should allow users to register, browse and filter service providers, view detailed profiles, book services by selecting date and time, chat in-app, make online payments, track bookings, view order history, and rate providers. Customers should also be able to browse the integrated store, add products to cart, and complete checkout. The Provider App will enable providers to create and edit profiles, upload certificates for verification, set pricing, manage availability, receive and manage booking requests, chat with clients, upload portfolio images/videos, track completed services, and view earnings, ratings, and reviews. The platform includes a Marketplace Store, where providers or admins can list products. The store should support product catalog browsing, categories, add-to-cart, checkout, delivery options, promo codes, order tracking, product reviews, and complete inventory and price management. Providers and admins must be able to add/edit products and access sales reports. The Admin Dashboard (Web) should offer full control over customers, providers, services, categories, products, bookings, orders, verification approvals, complaints, support tickets, notifications, reports, analytics, and system settings, with roles and permissions included. The system should be built using Flutter or React Native for mobile, Node.js / Python / Laravel for the backend, a secure REST API with JWT, and MySQL/PostgreSQL/MongoDB for the database. Hosting will be on AWS/Azure/Google Cloud with integrations including Firebase notifications, online payments (Stripe, Paymob, HyperPay), SMS gateway, and Google Maps. Final deliverables include both mobile apps (customer & provider), the marketplace module, admin dashboard, backend & APIs, verification and booking systems, payments integration, deployment on both stores, QA testing, and full source code.
