The goal is a single application where I can capture leads, nurture prospects, and support existing customers without leaving the browser. Here’s what the finished site should cover: • A modern, mobile-first interface built with a framework you’re comfortable shipping to production (React, Vue, Angular, etc.). • A robust back-end—Node/Express, Laravel, Django, or comparable—with a clearly structured relational database. • REST or GraphQL endpoints for every customer-facing feature, secured with token-based authentication. • Customer profiles, interaction notes, pipeline views, search and filter tools, CSV-/Excel-export, and basic analytics dashboards. • Email/SMS integration hooks (placeholders are fine at first), role-based access, activity logging, and a straightforward settings panel. • Docker-friendly deployment scripts and concise setup instructions in a README, all version-controlled in Git. The project is considered complete when the app passes the functional checks listed in the spec and I receive a quick video walkthrough of key workflows running on my cloud host.
