Audit the existing codebase (mobile and backend) for stability, security and scalability. 2. Refine the UI/UX so drivers and operators can see and act on new bookings instantly—even in low-network areas. 3. Optimise the real-time feed and distance filter so queries inside Delhi-NCR always return in <1 s. 4. Complete the GST invoice module: auto-populate trip data, apply correct CGST/SGST, generate PDF and allow in-app sharing. 5. Harden the Maps flow—accurate route preview, fare confirmation and live ETAs. 6. Prepare the build for launch on Google Play with crash-free analytics and versioned rollout.
