I have a full-vehicle point-cloud in .e57 format that first needs to be cleaned up, decimated where sensible and then exported as both a watertight .STL and a 3D-PDF. My objective is 3 D Printing and Visualization, so the mesh only has to reach a moderate level of surface detail—enough for clear renders and accurate rapid-prototyping without an unnecessarily heavy file. Once that base model is in place we will move on to a new Batman-inspired, modern muscle-car front and rear bumper. I want to collaborate closely until we both sign off on the styling cues (think 1968–2026 muscle proportions blended with Dark Knight aggression). After approval I will need: • A high-resolution graphic that shows the car with the finished bumper set in situ • Full fabrication drawings for both bumpers, ready for workshop use • A printable file (.STL or equivalent) for the front-bumper side-infill sections • DXF profiles for any laser-cut steel parts • A detailed rear-bumper flap assembly that grants access to the petrol fill point, complete with spring specification and sizing based on a readily available Australian spring Please highlight your experience in 3D Design, CAD, SolidWorks, PDF generation, fabrication and automotive graphics when you reply.
