I am a Family Nurse Practitioner seeking an experienced Charm EHR implementation specialist to fully configure and customize Charm EHR for my pediatric house call and telehealth practice. This is not a basic setup. I require a fully built, documented, and scalable EHR system designed specifically for pediatric workflows, house calls, daycare-related visits, and telehealth. The system must minimize typing, support efficient clinical documentation, and be ready for audits, inspections, and future staff onboarding. Experience with Charm EHR specifically is required. Deliverables (Non-Negotiable): - Complete Charm EHR configuration (practice settings, visit types, workflows). - Custom pediatric clinical templates built inside Charm (not stock notes). - Pediatric intake forms and consent workflows mapped to charts. - After Visit Summary (AVS) templates that auto-populate from visits. - Billing and coding favorites configured for pediatric services. - Recorded live training + written user guides. - 14–30 days of post-launch support for refinements and questions. - All templates and configurations must be fully owned by me and reusable long-term. Ideal Skills & Experience: - Demonstrated experience implementing Charm EHR (not just general EHRs). - Experience building custom EHR templates and workflows. - Strong understanding of pediatric healthcare operations. - Ability to explain why workflows are built a certain way. - Comfortable creating documentation and training materials.
