Closed Android App Testing

I need a fresh set of eyes to put my new Android application through a round of closed testing before it reaches the public. The build is ready to sideload, and I’m interested in clear, actionable feedback on three fronts: how well every core feature works, how natural the overall experience feels, and how the app performs under everyday usage pressures. Testing will happen exclusively on Android smartphones, so a variety of screen sizes, chipsets, and OS versions (Android 9 through 14 if possible) is ideal. I’ll supply the APK, a short onboarding guide, and a list of expected user journeys. You’ll dive in, explore, try to break things, and note any crashes, slowdowns, UI hiccups, or confusing flows you encounter. Deliverables • A concise test report (PDF, Google Doc, or similar) summarising functional issues, usability observations, and performance metrics • Screenshots, logcats, or short screen recordings that illustrate each problem • A quick reproduction step list for any critical bug I’ll be available on Slack or email to clarify features or confirm fixes during the test window. If this sounds straightforward and you have real-world devices to spare, let me know your handset lineup and timeline so we can get started.
