I have been asked to turn a large, multi-department data set into a single, easy-to-navigate KPI dashboard in Excel. Every team—Inventory, Technical, Operations, HR, CRM, QC, QA, Graphics, Multimedia, Packaging, SEO, Social Media Marketing, and, of course, Sales, Marketing, and Finance—must be visible at a glance. That means one workbook that automatically pulls the latest figures, restructures them with Power Query or VBA where needed, and then showcases the results through clear, interactive visuals. Charts, slicers and any other tools that make drilling down effortless are welcome, provided the finished file stays fully editable in the desktop version of Excel.
