Company-Wide KPI Excel Dashboard

I have been asked to turn a large, multi-department data set into a single, easy-to-navigate KPI dashboard in Excel. Every team—Inventory, Technical, Operations, HR, CRM, QC, QA, Graphics, Multimedia, Packaging, SEO, Social Media Marketing, and, of course, Sales, Marketing, and Finance—must be visible at a glance. That means one workbook that automatically pulls the latest figures, restructures them with Power Query or VBA where needed, and then showcases the results through clear, interactive visuals. Charts, slicers and any other tools that make drilling down effortless are welcome, provided the finished file stays fully editable in the desktop version of Excel. Deliverables • A self-contained .xlsx file housing the “All Department KPI Dashboard” • Back-end data model or queries that refresh without breaking links • At least one summary page plus drill-down views for each department • Brief hand-off notes so I can add new data or KPIs later without code changes If you have a proven method for combining multiple sheets, automating refreshes, and presenting performance indicators cleanly, I’d love to see a quick outline of how you’ll structure it and examples of similar dashboards you’ve built.
