we are looking for a professional developer or development team to build a complete online clinic management system, including a Patient Mobile App, Doctors Panel, Reception System, Customer Service Panel, Follow-Up Module, and an Admin Dashboard. The system must support VOIP call handling and fully online clinic operations. The patient app (Android & iOS) should allow registration, login, appointment booking, browsing doctors and specialties, viewing medical history, receiving notifications, following treatment plans, chatting with support, and automatically accessing lab results and radiology reports. It should also be ready for future online payment integration. The platform will cover multiple medical departments such as Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, OB-GYN, Psychiatry, Cardiology, Neurology, Dermatology & Aesthetics, Physiotherapy, and Home Care. Doctors will have their own portal to manage schedules, access patient files, add diagnoses, upload prescriptions, review history, and request lab tests. The reception team should be able to register patients, manage appointments and waiting lists, and send confirmations through SMS or in-app notifications. Customer service will use a dedicated panel to handle inquiries, chats, and announcements, while the follow-up module will track patient progress and schedule future visits. The Admin Dashboard must provide full control over doctors, users, departments, services, roles, permissions, reports, and system settings. The solution should be built using Flutter or React Native for the mobile apps and Node.js, Python, or Laravel for the backend, hosted on AWS/Azure with Firebase notifications and clean UI/UX designs in Figma. The system must integrate with external partners such as labs, radiology centers, insurance companies, and optionally pharmacies. Integration should support HL7/FHIR or direct APIs, allowing automated import of lab results and reports with immediate patient notifications. SMS integration is required using our SMS provider for OTP, appointment confirmations, reminders, and marketing.
