I’m building a full-scale online travel agency similar to MakeMyTrip or Goibibo and need a developer who can take the project from concept to launch. The site must cover every major travel vertical I operate in—Flights, Hotels, Holiday Packages, Visa services, Bus, Destination Expert advice, Trains, and Travel Insurance—while keeping the user experience fast, clean, and mobile-first. Core features I expect from day one: • Smart, real-time search and booking flows for Flights, Hotels, and Bus tickets, powered by reliable GDS/API integrations. • Three distinct account types—Individual travelers, Travel agents, and Corporate clients—each with dashboards, saved trips, and wallet/credit management. • Dynamic packaging to let users bundle hotels with flights or add insurance and visa services at checkout. • CMS-driven promo banners, coupons, and cross-sell widgets so my marketing team can work without developer assistance. • Secure payment gateway integration (international cards, UPI, net-banking, wallets) and automated invoicing. • Admin panel with role-based access to manage inventory, markups, agents, and real-time reports. • SEO-friendly, blazing-fast pages built on a scalable architecture (React / Next.js or similar front-end, Node/Python-based back-end, MySQL/PostgreSQL, Redis). • Clean REST/GraphQL endpoints so the same engine can later serve Android and iOS apps. Acceptance criteria for delivery: 1. Fully responsive UI that passes Google Lighthouse scores of 90+ on performance and accessibility. 2. End-to-end booking flow tested in sandbox and live mode for all three search modules. 3. Role-based login, registration, password reset, and KYC upload working for each account type. 4. Source code in Git with clear commits, basic unit tests, and deployment scripts (Docker/Kubernetes preferred). 5. A short hand-over session plus documentation covering API keys, environment variables, and future scaling notes. If you have launched similar OTA or large e-commerce platforms and can demonstrate robust API work, let’s talk about timelines and milestones.
