Our platform combines workflow orchestration, verification, reporting, and accountability into a single operational system. We are building an execution infrastructure for distributed work. Role Overview We are seeking a Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer to help take our platform from MVP to production-grade system. You will be responsible for designing, building, and hardening core product features across the frontend, backend, and data layers. This role requires strong product thinking, architectural judgment, and the ability to ship reliable systems. Key Responsibilities • Design and implement scalable web application features end-to-end • Translate product requirements into robust technical solutions • Build and maintain frontend applications (React or similar) • Build and maintain backend services and APIs • Design and manage relational data models and application data flows • Implement authentication, authorization, and role-based access control • Ensure system reliability, performance, and security • Improve code quality through reviews, refactoring, and architecture improvements • Collaborate with product and operations to refine workflows and business logic • Prepare the platform for production deployment and future scaling Required Experience • 5+ years experience building production web applications • Strong experience with modern frontend frameworks (React, Vue, or similar) • Strong backend experience (Node.js, Python, Ruby, or similar) • Solid understanding of relational databases and data modeling (PostgreSQL, MySQL, etc.) • Experience designing APIs and application architectures • Experience with authentication systems and permission models • Comfortable working with Git, environments, and deployment workflows • Able to reason about system design, not just write features Nice to Have • Experience building workflow or operations platforms • Experience with dashboards, internal tools, or admin systems • Experience working on B2B or operational software • Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, etc.) • Experience taking products from MVP to production What We Value • Engineering maturity and sound judgment • Ability to think in systems, not just components • Bias for clarity, simplicity, and maintainability • Ownership mentality • Comfort operating in ambiguous, fast-moving product environments Engagement & Compensation • Contract engagement (3–6 months initial) • Possibility of long-term or permanent engagement • Competitive, experience-based compensation How to Apply Send: • Your CV or LinkedIn profile • Links to projects or GitHub (if available) • A short note explaining what you’ve built and your role in it
