I am ready to move from paper plans to a navigable, realistic-looking 3D environment for my small condominium project: four identical wooden bungalows laid out on a single plot. What you will receive from me • The 2D site blueprint with exact land measurements • Interior and exterior reference photos for each bungalow (they are all the same) Scope of work • Recreate the entire plot and each bungalow with basic structural detail—walls, roofs, windows, doors, and floor levels—without full interior furnishing. • Apply realistic textures that match the wood façade and ground surfaces shown in my photos. • Build a smooth walkthrough path so I can steer freely around the land and between the units, experiencing the build as it will look once constructed. Extra bungalows... we have two jacuzzis, barbecues, pool and parking. Would like to see this reflected on the 3D as well. Deliverables 1. An interactive file or executable (Unity, Unreal, SketchUp Viewer, WebGL, etc.—I’m flexible) that lets me navigate the model on a standard Windows laptop. 2. All source files so I can request tweaks later. Acceptance criteria • Dimensions must match the supplied blueprint within a tolerance of a few centimeters. • Textures and colors closely reflect the reference photos. • Walkthrough path runs without lag or clipping and allows free-camera exploration.
