The final website **must be compliant with the attached file** (structure, sections, features, content blocks, and behavior). ## Scope (High Level) * Pages: Home, Programs Hub, 3 Program pages, Guarantees, How It Works, About, Contact + basic footer/legal pages * Mobile-first responsive design * Programs → Compare → Apply conversion flow * Apply + Contact forms (auto-reply + internal notification) * WhatsApp click-to-chat + mobile CTA option * GDPR compliance (cookie consent + privacy/terms + compliant form checkboxes) * License Type (A/H) logic where required by the spec ## CMS Requirement (Mandatory) Site must include a **visual CMS** so non-technical staff can update **text, images, pricing, testimonials, and calendar dates** without developer assistance.
