I'm looking for a skilled designer to help reconfigure the layout of my cottage, specifically focusing on the bedrooms and bathrooms while keeping the footprint the same. Key Requirements: - Bedrooms: - Adding a bedroom - Potentially moving the front door and bathroom. Would want to incorporate a built in along the front hallway. - Bathrooms: - Modern fixtures and fittings Ideal Skills and Experience: - Experience in residential layout design - Strong understanding of space optimization - Ability to integrate modern fixtures and fittings, though we’ll likely decorate ourselves. - Prior experience with cottage or similar small home redesigns NOTE: We already started some of the destruction, but not including those photos. We plan to remove the fireplace for now, so it didn’t need to be worked around. We will eventually put a new wood burning stove in, but in a different location. We are open to moving the front door, and adding in windows if needed.
