I am launching a full-featured mobile application for both Android and iOS that focuses on property listing, posting and advertisement management. The core goal is to let owners or agents post and manage their properties while giving end-users an intuitive way to discover them. Builder can buy online Advertisement Space, pay and run their ads. Key functional blocks I need delivered: • User Accounts & Profiles – owners, agents, and regular users each have tailored dashboards. • Search & Smart Filters – location, price, amenities, and availability powered by a Google-Maps-driven dynamic portal. • Property Posting – photos, descriptions, pricing, and status updates pushed instantly to the live catalogue. • Admin Web Portal – I must be able to approve listings, manage content, and monitor analytics from a browser. • Social Login & Analytics – one-tap sign-in (Google, Facebook, Apple) and a built-in analytics toolset to track engagement. • Ad Space – configurable banner or interstitial slots that I can turn on/off per campaign. Acceptance criteria 1. One code-base (Flutter or React Native) or separate native projects that compile cleanly to the latest Play Store and App Store requirements. 2. End-to-end flow demonstrated: create account → post property → locate it via map search → edit from Admin Portal. 3.
