My goal is to turn an empty room into a highly functional, visually balanced kitchen with well-planned cabinetry. I already have basic room dimensions, utility locations, and a rough idea of traffic flow; what I need now is a complete layout that dictates where every cabinet, appliance, and work zone will live, plus the drawings that let a carpenter or manufacturer build it without guesswork. Scope of work – Translate my measurements into a scaled floor plan that shows clearances, work triangles, and appliance placement. – Develop coordinated cabinet elevations with exact widths, heights, and depths called out, including fillers, crown, toe-kick, and any specialty units. – Provide at least two concept options so I can weigh storage capacity against counter space and circulation. – Once a concept is approved, supply final documents: • Dimensioned plan (DWG or PDF) • Elevations and section details • 3D color renderings or a SketchUp model for visualization • A cabinet and materials schedule (door style, finish, hardware, countertop, backsplash) Collaboration & tools I’m comfortable reviewing work in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or 2020 Design. If you mainly use another platform, just export to DWG/PDF and we’re good. We’ll iterate through comments on two revision rounds before sign-off. Acceptance criteria The final layout must respect room dimensions, maintain minimum 42 in traffic aisles, and accommodate standard appliance sizes (I’ll give exact SKUs). Cabinet numbering must align with the materials schedule so ordering is straightforward. Timeline I’d like to choose a concept within a week of project start and have final drawings a week after that, but I’m flexible if you need slightly longer for a polished result. If you’re ready to help me turn sketches and ideas into build-ready kitchen plans, this is the project.
