I want a lightweight mobile app that sends one plain-text push notification to every user each day on both iOS and Android. Inside the app, the user should be able to turn the alert on or off and choose the exact time it arrives; all of this can live in a simple settings screen and be stored locally—no back-end accounts or web portal are needed for this first release. Core scope and deliverables • Universal build for iOS and Android (native, Flutter, React Native—use what lets you move fastest) • Push service configured with APNs / FCM so the alert fires even when the app is closed • Minimal UI: welcome/info screen plus a settings screen for the daily time picker and on/off toggle • Local storage of the preference and correct handling of time-zone changes • Clean, well-commented code in a Git repo with clear build instructions Acceptance criteria After installing TestFlight and Google Play internal test builds, I must: 1. Receive the text alert at my selected time for 50 consecutive days, then the messages loop from start again. 2. Stop receiving alerts immediately after disabling them in settings. No rich media, analytics, or login required. a week deadline is set.
