The site must allow patients to see live availability, reserve a slot, pay securely, and then receive automatic SMS / email reminders so nobody forgets their visit. To make that flow work smoothly, calendar integration with our existing Google Workspace is essential, as is an online payment gateway that can handle deposits and full fees. Automated reminders should trigger both at the time of booking and 24 hours before the appointment.
