E-Commerce UX Cleanup & Optimization

Customer: AI | Published: 05.02.2026

My store is live and generating sales, but several rough edges are hurting the customer journey. I’m looking for someone who can jump in, identify the underlying issues, and leave the site cleaner, faster, and far more user-friendly. Here is what I need tackled: • Product pages – Redraw the layout so images, descriptions, and CTAs flow naturally on desktop and mobile; correct any inaccurate or inconsistent product information. • Checkout – Strip away friction for a smoother, three-step (or fewer) flow, expand the range of payment options we can accept, and tighten visible security cues so shoppers feel safe all the way to “Order confirmed.” • Search – Make results faster and more relevant; auto-suggest accuracy is a bonus if you can address it during the same pass. • General clean-up – Remove obsolete code, fix broken links or console errors, and ensure all optimizations play nicely together without introducing new bugs. Please be comfortable working on an existing e-commerce stack (I’ll share platform details once we connect) and be ready to test your changes thoroughly before hand-off. If you can show similar optimization work you’ve done, I’d love to see it.
