I need a small yet polished web presence that introduces my short-term rental co-hosting services with the grace and confidence of a classic hotel brochure. The site is strictly informational—no booking engine or payment flow—so the design can focus on storytelling, credibility and effortless navigation. Core structure • Home: a striking hero section, concise overview of my cohost offering, and a clear call-to-action that leads to the contact form. • About Us: space for my background, hospitality philosophy and a few highlighted stats or achievements. • Contact Us: elegant form plus clickable phone and email links so prospects can reach me in one step. Look & feel Think “classic and elegant” rather than ultra-modern: refined typography, generous white space, subtle animations if they complement the theme, and a colour palette that feels timeless (deep navy, ivory, muted gold accents are examples I like). The finished site must be fully responsive and load quickly on mobile. Tech notes I am platform-agnostic; WordPress with a lightweight theme, Webflow, or custom HTML/CSS are all fine as long as the final hand-off lets me update copy easily. Please optimise images, add basic on-page SEO (title tags, meta descriptions) and integrate Google Analytics. Acceptance The project is complete when the three pages display correctly on desktop, tablet and mobile, all links and the contact form function, and the design faithfully reflects the classic, elegant style we discuss.
