I have the logo, some of the copy, and a clear picture of the digital experience I want—what I need now is a developer-designer who can turn it into a small, polished site without the glitches I keep hitting in Turbo. Scope • Style: classic and elegant, in step with a boutique hospitality brand that speaks to weekend travellers, corporates on short–medium stays, and relocating expat families. • Core pages: Home, Property Listings, About Us, and Contact Us. • Flow: every listing ends with a “Book Now” button that simply opens the relevant Airbnb, Booking.com, or other partner link in a new tab. Functionality Search: visitors must be able to filter or keyword-search the properties. Reviews: space for guest ratings and short testimonials per listing. Multilingual: at launch I need English, but I'd like the site (if possible) to have an option for guests to use a language switcher (e.g., WPML or equivalent). Calendar: an availability overview per property that can pull an iCal feed from each external platform. Deliverables 1. Fully responsive website (desktop, tablet, mobile) built on a mainstream CMS or lightweight static stack you recommend. 2. Integration of the logo and colour palette I supply. 3. Working property search, reviews area, language toggle, and calendar feed. 4. Clear admin hand-off guide so I can add new listings myself and update external booking links. Acceptance The build is complete when I can: – add a new property, upload photos, paste the external booking link, and see it live in the search results; – switch the interface to a second language without breaking layout; – browse on phone and desktop with no layout drift; – run a Lighthouse audit that scores green for performance and accessibility.
