I’m looking for a developer to help rebuild or significantly improve a YouTube automation pipeline. I previously started building a system myself, but the current version has many bugs and unstable parts. Instead of patching small issues repeatedly, I would prefer someone who can properly restructure or rebuild the workflow so it becomes stable and maintainable. Project goal The goal is to create a workflow that automatically turns a story/topic into a fully produced YouTube video. The system should automate most of the production process so that a single topic can go through the pipeline and result in a ready-to-publish video. Expected workflow The system should be able to handle steps like: • Generate a script from a topic or story idea • Generate images related to the script • Convert images into video clips • Add narration (VoiceVox or similar TTS) • Add subtitles and translations • Apply video transitions and effects • Generate thumbnails automatically • Upload the video to YouTube with title, description and tags Current situation There is an existing prototype built with: • HTML interface • Python scripts • BAT automation • FFmpeg video processing • VoiceVox narration However, the current system has many issues such as: • unstable pipeline execution • incorrect video length • translation and API cost inefficiencies • thumbnail mismatch • occasional BAT execution errors Because of these issues, the system may need partial rebuilding or restructuring rather than small fixes. What I’m looking for A developer who can: • analyze the existing workflow • fix or redesign the pipeline • make the system stable and reliable • optimize API usage and costs • keep the system runnable locally Important This is not a SaaS web platform. The system should run locally on my computer as an automation tool. Future plans Once the pipeline is stable, I would also like to expand it to run multiple channels using the same workflow.
